We specialize in converting engine blocks from the ST, Monster, and Hypermotard models to fit frames from the 748–916 and 749–999 series. We have developed custom tooling that allows precise machining of the swingarm pivot opening, ensuring consistent accuracy every time.

The 3D files for 3D printing of the tools will soon be available for download.

Tooling for the workshop

We have developed a dedicated swingarm support fixture for ST and other models with the swingarm directly attached to the engine. The support fixture that holds the swingarm in place when the engine is removed, allowing the motorcycle to be moved safely around the workshop during repairs.

We continuously develop custom-made tools specifically for these motorcycles to ensure precise, efficient, and repeatable work. This will soon be up for sale.

Precision Development of Replacement and Upgraded Components

We also focus on developing parts that are difficult or impossible to source today. Currently, we are working on redesigning the fairing and mirror mounts for the 748/916 series using alternative materials, allowing us to create improved versions adapted to modern manufacturing methods. The goal is to enhance durability, precision, and availability while staying true to the original design
